Devon currently serves as the OT Neurological Fellowship Program Coordinator at Brooks Rehabilitation.
Bio:

Devon has been with Brooks Rehabilitation for over five years and serves as the OT Neurologic Fellowship Program Coordinator. Devon acts as a clinical mentor for the OT Neurological Fellowship program on the Spinal Cord Injury and CVA Programs. Devon has eight years of experience working as an occupational therapist in the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings. She also served as the Spinal Cord Injury Therapy Manager for three years in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. She received her Board Certification in Physical Rehabilitation (BCPR) through AOTA and teaches the Brooks FOTA sanctioned course for electrical stimulation as a therapeutic modality for occupational therapists. Also, she serves as a clinical mentor and instructor for the Brooks Rehabilitation Clinical Practice Enhancement Program. She is originally from Philadelphia, PA and relocated to Florida to complete the OT Neurologic Fellowship at Brooks Rehabilitation in 2019.

Areas of Interest:

Devon is interested in interventions that address multiple deficit areas to promote patient-centered rehab outcomes and interventions that focus on neuro muscular upper limb recovery through use of advanced technology.
