    The following Brooks IHL programs are participating in the RF-PTCAS Online Application System (click link to apply). 

    • Geriatric PT Residency

    *Currently, the RF-PTCAS only accommodates PT applications. If you are an Occupational Therapist applying for the Neurologic Residency Program, please CLICK HERE for the program application. *Applications for the OT Neurologic Residency are due at 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 12th. 

    PT Residency Applications are due by 11:59pm on February 21, 2017.

    All qualified and competitive applicants will be invited to complete a one-way video interview, conducted between February 24 and 27, 2017. Participants must have access to a computer with a webcam and internet access in order to successfully complete the one-way video interview. Details of the video interview, including instructions on how to access the system, will be sent to the applicants invited. Following the video review, qualified and competitive applicants will be invited to complete an either live two-way video interview during the week of March 13, 2017, or an onsite interview at Brooks Rehabilitation on March 31, 2017.     ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    **PLEASE NOTE: Out-of-state applicants must provide proof (e.g. email confirmation from Board) that a date has been scheduled to take the FL licensure exam, or an application for reciprocity has been submitted. This confirmation is due by May 1st, and can be sent to info@BrooksIHL.org.

    ALL ACCEPTED APPLICANTS MUST OBTAIN FLORIDA LICENSURE (OR TEMPORARY FL LICENSE) BY THE SECOND FRIDAY IN JUNE OR THEY WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE PROGRAM.
